The Master Plan

Edgewater Hill, is a walkable 74 acre residential-commercial development offering multiple residence types, a pedestrian friendly lifestyle and an abundance of green spaces. The project is adjacent to the Laurel Ridge subdivision, also built by Dream Developers, and fronts route 66.

Phases one and two of construction have already been completed. Phase one consisted of five, two-story buildings, each with eight garden-style apartments, and a separate two-story commercial building that is currently home to Educational Playcare. In phase two, 10 apartments in another three story building were added along with offices for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and Dream Developers.
Currently under construction is East Hampton’s new town center, which will be home to the police station, town hall and board of education.Phase three townhomes, cottages and estates will begin taking shape in summer 2019.
When completed Edgewater will eventually encompass more than 200 dwellings homes and apartments and 80,000 square feet of commercial space.
